    • One big win would be getting back on the ball. After a week of [challenging mental health], I definitely feel this is huge. Usually, at this point, I would go into my all-or-nothing mentality (i.e., I already had a bad week, what’s the point of trying?), but I didn’t!

    Week 4

    • “I’m working out at least four days a week, I drink a lot less match tea/lattes, and I’ve been able to enjoy myself in my clothes [because] I feel much less bloated.”

  • This program has been so helpful! The goals are manageable and help you make changes to *how* you approach food, not just what you eat each day. Even simple changes like getting on a consistent food schedule helped me cut down on snacking naturally! I am so proud of how many vegetables I am eating now!! Before, I was getting maybe a half cup in a day, and now I'm consistently getting enough! Kaylee provided so many suggestions on how I can implement veggies into tasty meals. I'm also proud of how much I cook meals at home. I have always been nervous in the kitchen, and Kaylee's microwave meals document helped me realize I could make good food that isn't complicated. And when I was ready to start trying new things, she offered suggestions on how to change things up!
