Began in May of 2020 after finishing my Master’s degree and becoming a board-certified Registered Dietitian. I started my own business so that I could effectively help others change their lives through evidence-based nutrition. I take your complicated web of nutrition headlines and questions and give you back simple and easy to use advice that will positively change the outcome of your health and happiness for years to come.

I got to meet the Today Show’s Dietitian, Joy Baurer, while attending the 2023 Food and Nutrition Conference and Expo in Denver, Colorado! Dietitians flew in from all over the world to attend special higher educational sessions and obtain continuing education hours. It was a blast!
